State Trading Concerns (Authorization)

Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns
(Authorization) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the State Trading
Concerns (Authorization) Regulations 1998*.

3.             Schedule 2 amended

(1)	Schedule 2 Part 1 is amended by inserting before the entry “Small Business Development Corporation” the following —
“ Metropolitan Cemeteries Board ”.
(2)	Schedule 2 Part 2 is amended by inserting before the entry “Small Business Development Corporation” the following — “

Metropolitan Cemeteries Board

The provision by the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board of —

(a)	the cemetery renewal manual and records system and enhancements of the manual or system;
(b)	scientific, technical, educational, training, management or advisory services relating to cemetery management services; and
(c)	advertising opportunities on the Board’s property.

”.
