STATE TRADING CONCERNS (AUTHORIZATION) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns (Authorization)

Amendment Regulations 1998.
Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the State Trading Concerns (Authorization) Regulations 1998*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule 1 amended

3.    (1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by inserting in the

appropriate alphabetical position the following —

" Office of the Auditor General ".

(2) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by inserting in the

appropriate alphabetical position the following —

Office of the Auditor General

The provision by the Office of the Auditor General of information or intellectual property, and management or advisory services, relating to auditing, and other activities developed, or currently carried out, by the Office of the Auditor General.
