Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the State Trading
Concerns (Authorization) Regulations 1998*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	Schedule 1 Part 1 is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following item —
" Commissioner for Equal Opportunity ".
(2)	Schedule 1 Part 2 is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following item

Commissioner for Equal Opportunity

The provision by the Commissioner for Equal Opportunity of training services related to promoting the objects of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984.
