These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns (Authorisation) Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2000.
2.	The regulations amended The amendments in these regulations are to the State Trading
Concerns (Authorization) Regulations 1998*.

3.            Schedule 1 amended

(1)	Part 1 to Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after "Department of Land Administration" —
" Department of Transport ".
(2)	Part 2 to Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after the entry relating to the "Department of Land Administration" the following —

Department of Transport

The provision by the Department of Transport (in the State or elsewhere) of goods, information, or intellectual property relating to transport matters.
