These regulations amend the Taxation Administration

4.	Regulation 14 amended Delete regulation 14(2) and ( ) and insert:

(d)	Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPG. JPEG ) ;
(e)	Microsoft Excel (XLS. XLXS);
(f)	Microsoft Word (DOC. DOCX);
(g)	Tagged image File Format (TIFF);
(h)	Text (TXT).

(3) For the purposes of section 115(d) of the Act. the

address for serving a document as set out in

subregulation (2) is ww .finance.wa.gov.au.

State Trading Concerns (Authorisation)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Slate Trading Concerns

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Trading Concerns
(Authorisation) Regulati ons 1998.

4.             Schedule 1 Part I amended

(1)	In Schedule I Part I after "Department of Fri iroiiment and Conservation" insert:
Department of Finance
(2)	In Schedule I Part I delete "Department of Treasury and Finance".

5.             Schedule I Part 2 amended

(1)	In Schedule I Part 2 after the item relatinI, to the Department of Environment and Conservation insert:
Department of Finance

The proision by the Department of Finance of

(a)	goods, information or intellectual property: and
(b)	scientific, technical, educational, training, management or advisory services,

relating to services provided by, or activities carried out

by, the Department of Finance.

(2) In Schedule I Part 2 delete the item relating to the Department
of Treasury and Finance.
