2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Trading Concerns
(Authorisation) Regulations 1998.

4.           Schedule 2 amended

(1)	In Schedule 2 Part 1 after the item relating to Boards of public hospitals insert:
Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority
(2)	In Schedule 2 Part 2 after the item relating to Boards of public hospitals insert:

Botanic Gardens and Parks Authori

The provision by the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority of scientific, technical, educational, training, management or advisory services relating to the functions of the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority.
