State Trading Concerns (Authorisation)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2009
(Authorisation) Regulations 1998.
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the State Trading Concerns
(Authorisation) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2009.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. 3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the State Trading Concerns

(1) In Schedule 1 Part 1 after "Commissioner for Equal Opportunity"
insert:Department lor Communities (2) In Schedule 1 Part 1 after "Department of Premier and Cabinet"
insert:Department of Transport (3) In Schedule 1 Part 2 after the item headed "Commissioner for
Equal Opportunity" insert:Department for Communities
The sale by the Department for Communities of goods, information or intellectual property, relating to community development.
The provision or sale by the Department for Communities of advertising opportunities or opportunities having a purpose similar to advertising, relating to community development.
The provision by the Department for Communities of training, management or advisory services, relating to community development.
(4) In Schedule 1 Part 2 in the item headed "Department for Community Development" delete "information, publications," and insert:

Premier and Cabinet" insert:Department of Transport
The provision or sale by the Department of Transport of advertising opportunities, or opportunities to participate in arrangements in the nature of advertising or having a purpose similar to advertising, in relation to its activities.
