Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the State Trading
Concerns (Authorization) Regulations 1998*.

3.            Schedule 1 amended

(1) Schedule 1 Part 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the entry "State Revenue Department";
(b)

by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical position, the " Department of Treasury and Finance ".

(2) Schedule 1 Part 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the entry "State Revenue Department";
(b)	by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical position, the following entry -

goods, information, intellectual property or software or
other systems acquired or developed by it for the
administration of revenue laws.

The sale by the Department of Treasury and Finance of of technical, educational, training, managerial and advisory services for the administration of revenue laws.
