State Trading Concerns (Authorisation)

Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the State Trading Concerns
(Authorisation) Amendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations cone into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Trading Concerns
(4 uthorisa lion) Regulations 1998.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

(1) In Schedule I Part 1:

management or advisory services; and
(a)	after "Department of Tran sport" insert: Department of Water
(b)	delete "Office of Water Regulation".

(2) In Schedule I Part 2:

(a) after the item relating to the Department of Transport

insert:

(a)	goods. information or intellectual property; and
(b)	scientific, technical, educational, training.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Rates and Charges (Rebates and

Deterrents) Amendment Regulations 2012.

. Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on 1 Jul y 2012.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Rates and Charges (Rebates and

Deferments) Regidations 1992.
