AN ACT to amend the State Trading Concerns Act,
1916-1968.
[Assented to 9th June, 1972.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title
| 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the State Trading | and citation. |
Concerns Act Amendment Act, 1972.
(2) In this Act the State Trading Concerns Act,
1916-1968 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the State Trading Concerns Act, 1916-1972.

| amended. | 2. Section 7A of the principal Act is amended |
| (a) | by repealing subsection (1) and re-enacting that subsection as follows |
(1) In this section, "Concern" means
| (a) | The West Australian Meat Export Works established as a State Trading Concern under that name pursuant to section three of the West Australian Meat Export Works Act, 1942; |
| (b) | the State Implement and En- gineering Works mentioned in the Schedule to this Act. ; |
| (b) | by substituting for the words "the Concern" in line two of subsection (2), the words "a Concern"; |
(c) by substituting for the words "the Concern" in line five of subsection (4), the words "a Concern"; and
| (d) | by substituting for the words "the Concern" in line one of subsection (5), the words "a Concern". |
