STATE TENDER BOARD.

No. 89 of 1965.

AN ACT to amend the State Tender Board Act,

1965.

[Assented to 8th December, 1965.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the State Tender

Board Act Amendment Act, 1965.

(2) In this Act the State Tender Board Act, 1965,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the State Tender Board Act, 1965.

2.    This Act shall come into operation on the date iCnoeng, ence-

upon which the principal Act comes into operation.

3. Section seven of the principal Act is amended E T .mended

by adding after the word, "holder", being the last word in subsection (1), the passage, ", or shall be a person who, although not the holder of such an office, was formerly a member of the Board or of the Tender Board referred to in section eleven of this Act, which person may be appointed by name and thereafter removed at pleasure".
