State Supply Commission Amendment

Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the State Supply Commission Amendment
Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.           Regu lations amended

These regulations amend the State Supply Commission
Regulations 1991.

4.            Regulation 1A amended

(1)	In regulation IA delete the definition of accountable officer. accountable authority, of a public authority, means the accountable authority of the public authority under the Financial Management Act 2006;
(2)	In regulation lA insert in alphabetical order:

(b)	in paragraph (d) delete "section 66 of the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985" and insert:
the Financial Management Act 2006 Part 5

5.            Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5:

(a) in paragraph (b) delete "an accountable officer" and insert:

the accountable authority

6.            Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

Schedule 1 — Public authorities

Commissioner of Main Roads appointed under the Alain

Roads Act 1930 section 7.

Insurance Commission of Western Australia continued by the Insurance Commission of Western Australia Act 1986 section 4.

Public Transport Authority of Western Australia established by the Public Transport Authority Act 2003 section 5.
