1, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the State Supply Commission Amendment Act (No. 2) 1994, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 5 (b) and (c), 7, 8, 15 and 16 of that Act come into operation.
