Title

1. These regulations may be cited as the State Supply Act Regulations, 1985.

Operation

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 30 September 1985.

Interpretation

3. In these regulations—

"the Act" means the State Supply Act, 1985.

Local government bodies, prescribed public authorities

and public authorities

4. Pursuant to section 4 of the Act—

(a) the following body is declared to be a local government body:

Coober Pedy Progress and Miner’s Association Incorporated, incorporated

pursuant to the Coober Pedy (Local Government Extension) Act, 1981;

(b) each of the following bodies is declared to be a prescribed public authority:

The Electricity Trust of South Australia, incorporated pursuant to the

Electricity Trust of South Australia 1946.

State Transport Authority, incorporated pursuant to the State Transport

Authority Act, 1974.

South Australian Housing Trust, incorporated pursuant to the South

Australian Housing Trust Act, 1936.

The South Australian Totalizator Agency Board.

Australian Barley Board.

Forwood Products Pty. Ltd.;

(c) each body belonging to any of the following classes of bodies is declared to be a public authority:

Hospitals incorporated pursuant to the South Australian Health Commission

Act, 1975.

Health centres incorporated pursuant to the South Australian Health

Commission Act, 1975.

School councils incorporated pursuant to the Education Act, 1972.

Development trusts incorporated pursuant to the National Parks and Wildlife

Act, 1972;
