State Superannuation Amendment

Regulations (No. 6) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the State Superannuation Amendment
Regulations (No. 6) 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the State
Superannuation Regulations 2001*.

3.	Regulation 3A inserted After regulation 3 the following regulation is inserted —
“

3A.	Trading name
For the purposes of section 6(3) of the Act “GESB” is prescribed as a trading name that the Board may use and operate under in carrying out its functions.
