State Superannuation Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 2016

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the State Superannuation Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Health Services Act 2016 section 271 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Superannuation
Regulations 2001.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 Division 1 delete item 16.
(2)	In Schedule 1 Division 2 delete item 2A.
