State Superannuation Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2021

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the State Superannuation Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2021.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
(ab) the Busselton Water Corporation;

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Superannuation

Regulations 2001.

4.           Regulation 12E amended

After regulation 12E(1)(a) insert:

(aa) the Bunbury Water Corporation;

5.      Schedule I amended

(I) In Schedule 1 Division 2 after item 6 insert:

6AA.	Bunbury Water Corporation established under the Water
Corporations Act 1995
6AB.	Busselton Water Corporation established under the Water
Corporations Act 1995

(2)	In Schedule 1 Division 2	item 54 delete	"Corporation Act" and
insert:
Corporations Act
