State Superannuation Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

Regulations 2001.

These regulations are the State Superannuation Amendment
Regulations (NO. 3) 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation Act 2016 Part 6 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Superannuation

4.            Schedule 1 amended

(1) In Schedule 1 Division 1 after item 29 insert:

29A. Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation
mentioned in the Western Australian Health Promotion
Foundation Act 2016 section 5.

(2) In Schedule 1 Division 2 delete item 60.
