State Superannuation Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Superannuation
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2004.

2.             Commencement

These regulations are taken to have come into operation on
1 January 2004.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the State
Superannuation Regulations 2001*.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Division 1 is amended after item 13 by inserting the following item —

“

13A. Corruption and Crime Commission established under the
Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003

”.
