State Superannuation Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the State Superannuation Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the State

Schedule 1 is "Nil";

Superannuation Regulations 2001*.

3.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3(1) is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position

44

"unrestricted condition of release" means a condition

of release in respect of which the cashing
restriction specified in the SIS Regulations

4.            Regulation 192 amended

Regulation 192(3)(a) and (b)(i) are amended by deleting
"a condition" and inserting instead —

" an unrestricted condition ".

5.            Regulation 196S amended

Regulation 196S(3a)(a) and (b)(i) are amended by deleting
"a condition" and inserting instead —

" an unrestricted condition ".
