State Superannuation Amendment

Regulations 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the State Superannuation Amendment

Regulations 2022.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Arts and Culture Trust Act 2021 section 73(1) comes

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Superannuation

Regulations 2001.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 1:

(a) after item 4 insert:

5.             Arts and Culture Trust established under the Arts and

Culture Trust Act 2021

(b) delete item 21.
