Made under the State Superannuation Amendment Act 2024 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the State Superannuation Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The State Superannuation Amendment Act 2024, other than sections 1, 2, 5(2) and 6 to 8, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
