2 State Service Superannuation (Transfer Election) No. 461, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the State Service Superannuation (Transfer Election) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Application of regulation 2. This regulation applies to a contributor who is transferred from the State to Queensland University of Technology because of the transfer from the State to the University on 2 January 1994 of the TAFE Kelvin Grove Halls of Residence’s function of providing accommodation for students. ˙ Contributor may elect to continue to be an officer 3. The contributor may elect to continue to be an officer for the purposes of the Act, subject to the condition that the election be made— (a) in writing to— (i) the Executive Director, Government Superannuation Office; and (ii) Queensland University of Technology; and (b) between 2 January 1994 and 30 April 1994. ˙ Expiry 4.
