This order in council may be cited as the State Service Superannuation (Transfer Election) Order 1991 . Declaration under section 3C(1) of Act 2. It is declared under section 3C(1) of the Act as follows. Certain contributors may elect to continue to be officers 3. Where a contributor is transferred from the Crown to Griffith University as a result of the transfer from the Crown to the University on 1 January 1992 of the Queensland College of Arts’ function of providing higher education courses in art and design, the contributor may, on the condition set out in section 4, elect to continue to be an officer for the

The condition for the purposes of section 3 is that the election be made in writing to— (a) the Director, Government Superannuation Office; and (b) Griffith University; during the period from the beginning of 1 January 1992 until the end of 30 April 1992. Entitlement of contributor not making election 5. The entitlement of a contributor who does not make the election is to be dealt with by paying the amount determined under section 30B of the Acton behalf of the contributor to the Trustee of the Superannuation Scheme for Australian Universities.
