2 State Service Superannuation (Approval of Officers) No. 98, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the State Service Superannuation (Approval of Officers) Order 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order is taken to have commenced on 8 August 1992. ˙ Approval of officers 3. For the purposes of the definition of “officer” in section 4(1) of the Act, a person who— (a) is employed full-time in a permanent capacity by the Livestock and Meat Authority; and (b) started the employment on 8 August 1992; and (c) on 7 August 1992— (i) was employed by the Department of Primary Industries in the Veterinary Public Health Branch; and (ii) was a contributor; is approved as an officer.
