State Service (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Act 2000
An Act to enact savings and transitional provisions consequential on the enactment of the State Service Act 2000

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

11. A person appointed by the Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority pursuant to section 21(1) of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 as Conservation Manager | Officer |
