State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 5) 2022

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Premier, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .29 August 2022

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 5) 2022. 2Commencement (1)  Except as provided for in this clause, the provisions of this order take effect on 1 September 2022. (2)  Clause 3(2) takes effect on 12 September 2022. 3Amalgamations (1)  The part of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet. (2)  The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Family Violence Counselling and Support Service is amalgamated with the Department of Health.
