I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .22 March 2004

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order) This order effects a restructuring of the State Service by amalgamating Racing Services Tasmania with the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
