State Service (Restructuring) Order 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .13 April 2015

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2015 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 July 2015. 3Change of nameThe name of the State authority known as Tasmanian Health Organisation – North is changed to the Tasmanian Health Service. 4Amalgamation of State authoritiesTasmanian Health Organisation – North West, and Tasmanian Health Organisation – South are amalgamated with the Tasmanian Health Service. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order) This order changes the name of Tasmanian Health Organisation – North to Tasmanian Health Service and amalgamates Tasmanian Health Organisation – North West, and Tasmanian Health Organisation – South with the Tasmanian Health Service.
