State Service Amendment Regulations 2023

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the State Service Act 2000 .8 May 2023

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the State Service Amendment Regulations 2023. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the State Service Regulations 2021 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the State Service Regulations 2021.
