State Service Amendment (Redeployment) Act 2011

An Act to amend the State Service Act 2000

[Royal Assent 13 July 2011]

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the State Service Amendment (Redeployment) Act 2011 . 2CommencementThis Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. 3Principal ActIn this Act, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 47 amended (Redeployment) Section 47(10) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "12" and substituting "6". 5Repeal of ActThis Act is repealed on the ninetieth day from the day on which it commences.
