I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12 of the State Service Act 2000 .18 June 2018

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2018 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 July 2018. 3Principal ActIn this order, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the State Service Act 2000 .
