I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12(1) of the State Service Act 2000 .12 February 2008

Department of Economic Development Secretary

and substituting the following item:

Department of Economic Development and Tourism Secretary

(b) by inserting after

Department of Education Secretary

the following item:

Department of Environment, Parks, Heritage and the Arts Secretary

(c) by omitting the following item:

Department of Tourism, Arts and the Environment Secretary
