Act No. 42, 1992

An Act to amend section 46 of the State Roads Act 1986 in relation to the declaration of toll works. [Assented to 19 May 1992]

State Roads (Toll Works) Amendment Act 1992 No. 42

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1.         This Act may be cited as the State Roads (Toll Works) Amendment

Act 1992.

Commencement

2. This Act commences on the date of assent.

Amendment of State Roads Act 1986 No. 85, s . 46 (Declaration of toll work)

3.         Section 46 of the State Roads Act 1985 is amended by omitting the

words “Sydney, Newcastle or Wollongong, between Sydney and Newcastle or between Sydney and Wollongong” and by inserting instead the words “the State or any part of the State”.
