STATE ROADS ACT 1986—REGULATION

(Relating to the toll charges on the Waterfall-Bulli Pass toll work)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the State Roads Act 1986, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 September 1992.

Amendments

2. Schedule 1 to the State Roads (Toll Works) Regulation 1988 is

amended:

(a)	by omitting the matter “$0.60” from item 1 and by inserting instead the matter “$1.00”; and
(b)	by omitting the matter “$2.00” from item 2 and by inserting instead the matter “$3.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this amendment is to increase the toll charge for vehicles travelling

along the toll work between Waterfall and Bulli Pass.
