STATE ROADS ACT 1986—REGULATION

(Relating to the riding of bicycles on toll works)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the State Roads Act 1986, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1st August, 1992.

Amendment

2. The State Roads (Toll Works) Regulation 1988 is amended by

omitting from clause 11 the words “a toll work” and by inserting instead

the words “the Sydney Harbour Bridge”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to remove the prohibition on the riding of a

bicycle on a toll work other than the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
