STATE ROADS ACT 1986—REGULATION

(Increasing the level of penalties imposed by penalty notices)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the State Roads Act 1986, has been pleased to make

the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 15 May 1992.

Amendment

2. The State Roads (Toll Works) Regulation 1988 is amended by

omitting Schedule 2 and by inserting instead the following Schedule:
