I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the State Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 1999 as the day on which sections 5 and 6 and Schedules 3 and 4 to that Act commence.
