These regulations are the
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
(1) The charge for a service in relation to a State archive that is a government record must be determined in accordance with the Table to this regulation.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a government organisation, other than a Schedule 3 organisation.
1. | Supply of digital image, other than a map or plan referred to in item 2, as follows — | |
(a) up to 25 pages...................................... | $21.25 | |
(b) at least 26 pages, but no more than 100 pages.............................................. | $85.00 | |
(c) at least 101 pages, but no more than 200 pages.............................................. | $170.00 | |
(d) more than 200 pages............................ | The amount determined by the Director, but not less than $170.00 | |
2. | Supply of digital image of a map or plan larger than A4 size ........................................ | $35.00 (per map or plan) |
