REGULATION
(Relating to the forms of licence under the
Clean Air Act 1961, Clean Waters Act
1970 and Noise Control Act 1975)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the State Pollution Control Commission Act 1970, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.
Minister for the Environment.
The State Pollution Control Commission Regulation 1985 is
amended:
| (a) | by omitting clause 4 (3) and by inserting instead -the following subclause: |
(3) A licence is to be in or to the effect of the form approved
by the Director.
(b) by omitting Form 4.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Clean Air Act 1961, the Clean Waters Act 1970 and the Noise Control Act 1975 require licences to be held for the operation of premises or equipment, or for the conduct of activities, which may pollute the environment.
1990 - No. 105
The object of this Regulation is to amend the State Pollution Control Commission Regulation 1985 to provide that in future the form of licence will be as approved by the Director of the Commission.
