HIS Excellency the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the State Pollution Control Commission Act 1970, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1991.

Amendment

2. The State Pollution Control Commission Regulation 1985 is amended by omitting from clause 3 (2) (b) the matter “$54.60” and by inserting instead the matter “$68.65”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the State Pollution Control Commission Regulation 1985 to increase the fee unit from $54.60 to $68.65. The Regulation prescribes fees for the issue and renewal of licences under the State Pollution Control Commission Act 1970 in terms of numbers of fee units.
