HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the State Pollution Control Commission Act 1970, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 5 October 1990.

Amendment

2. The State Pollution Control Commission Regulation 1985 is amended by omitting from clause 3 (2) (b) the matter "$42.10" and by inserting instead the matter ''$54.60".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Regulatlon is to amend the Slate Pollution Control

Commission Regulation 1985 to increase the fee unit from $42.10 to $54.60. The

Regulation prcscribes fees for licences and renewals of licenccs under the State
Pollution Control Commission Act 1970 in terms of numbers of fee units.
