State Penalties Enforcement (Plumbing and Drainage and Other Matters) Amendment Regulation 2019 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement (Plumbing and Drainage and Other Matters) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2019 immediately after the commencement of the Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2019.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the State Penalties Enforcement Regulation 2014.

4   Amendment of sch 1 (Infringement notice offences and fines for nominated laws)

(1)Schedule 1, entry for Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018—
insert—
