State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences immediately after the commencement of the PenaltiesandSentencesandOtherLegislation Amendment Act 2012 , section 34. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 4 Amendment of s 27A (Cut-out rate) (1) Section 27A(1), ‘paragraphs (b) and (f), the cut-out rate is $100’— omit, insert— ‘paragraphs (b), (d) and (f), the cut-out rate is $110’. (2) Section 27A(2), ‘$20’— omit, insert— ‘$22’.
