s1 2 s5 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 231, 2006 (No. 4) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 5 (Administering authority for particular nominated laws) Section 5(2), definition nominated law , paragraph (g), after ‘sections’— insert— ‘360ZE(4),’. 4 ‘8BA Insertion of new s 8BA After section 8B— insert— Administering authority for Water Act 2000, s 360ZE(4) ‘The administering authority for an infringement notice offence that is an offence against the Water Act 2000 , section 360ZE(4), or an infringement notice about the offence, is the local government for the local government area in which the offence is committed, if the local government is a water service provider for the local government area.’. 5 Amendment of sch 5 (Other legislation) (1) Schedule 5, entry for Water Act 2000 —
