State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 . 2 Commencement (1) The following provisions commence on 1 January 2012— (a) section 4(1) and (2); (b) section 5; (c) section 9(1) and (3). (2) Section 9(4) commences on 1 January 2013. (3) Section 9(5) commences on 1 July 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 4 Amendment of s 5 (Administering authority for particular nominated laws) (1) Section 5(2), definition nominated law , paragraphs (c) and (d)— omit . (2) Section 5(2), definition nominated law , paragraphs (e) to (s)— renumber as paragraphs (c) to (r).
