s1 2 s5 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 230, 2007 (No. 3) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2007 . 2 Commencement Sections 6(12) and 7(2) commence on 1 July 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000 . 4 Amendment of s 23A (Additional particulars for fine collection notice for regular redirection of earnings) Section 23A, ‘For the Act, section 142’— omit, insert— ‘For section 142 of the Act,’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Consumer related legislation) (1) Schedule 1, entry for the ClassificationofFilmsAct1991 , entry for section 23(1)(a), ‘ “R” ’— omit, insert— ‘R 18+’. s7 8 s7 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 230, 2007 (No. 3) 2007 7 Amendment of sch 6 (Dictionary) (1) Schedule 6— insert— ‘ transitional class 10 motor vehicle means a motor vehicle that immediately before 1 July 2007— (a) was classified as a class 10 motor vehicle under the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2004 ; and (b) was the subject of a policy of insurance under the MotorAccident Insurance Act 1994 .’.
