s1 2 s5 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 178, 2006 (No. 3) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 3 Renumbering of ss 8AA and 8A Sections 8AA and 8A— renumber as sections 8B and 8C. 4 Insertion of new s 8A After section 8— insert— ‘8A Administering authority for Plumbing and DrainageAct 2002 ‘The administering authority for an infringement notice offence that is an offence against a provision of the Plumbingand Drainage Act 2002 , or an infringement notice about the offence, is— (a) for an infringement notice served by an employee of a local government, the local government; or (b) otherwise, the agency within which the provision is administered.’. 5 Insertion of new s 8D After section 8C, as renumbered— insert— ‘8D Administering authority for Water Efficiency Labellingand Standards Act 2005 ‘The administering authority for an infringement notice offence that is an offence against a provision of the Water
