s1 2 s3 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 256, 2005 (No. 3) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 5 (Other legislation) (1) Schedule 5, entry for the Integrated Planning Act 1997 , part 2, entry for section 4.3.15— insert— ‘19A If the enforcement notice relates to non-compliance by an owner of a budget accommodation building with section 12H of the Building Act 1975— (a) for an individual . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (b) for a corporation . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5 25’. (2) Schedule 5, entry for the Integrated Planning Act 1997 , part 2, entry for Authorised person for service of infringement notices, paragraph (a)(iii), after ‘section 4.3.15’— insert — ‘as limited by the description relating to that section in column 1, paragraph 19’. (3) Schedule 5, entry for the Integrated Planning Act 1997 , part 2, entry for Authorised person for service of infringement notices, paragraph (b)— insert — ‘(iv) section 4.3.15 as limited by the description relating to that section in column 1, paragraph 19A; or’.
