s1 2 s4 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 81, 2003 (No. 3) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 June 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 4 Insertion of new s 26A After section 26— insert— ‘26A Warrant issue fee ‘For section 119(5) 1 of the Act, the warrant issue fee is $75.’.
